Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Orí Adé, every item is carefully checked before dispatch. Because many of our pieces are made in limited quantities, custom-fitted, or prepared specially for each customer, we do not offer general cash refunds after purchase.
We accept exchanges only where an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was delivered.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by WhatsApp or email with your order number, photos of the item, and a clear description of the issue.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been altered, worn, damaged after delivery, or made to a customer’s specific measurement cannot be returned or exchanged.
Approved exchanges will be processed after we receive and inspect the item. Where the issue is caused by Orí Adé, we will guide the customer on the return process.
Delivery fees are non-refundable, except where the issue was caused by Orí Adé.
