Find Your Size

Use this guide to find the best size for your Orí Adé piece. Measure over light clothing with a soft measuring tape. Keep the tape comfortably fitted without pulling it too tightly. If you fall between two sizes, select the larger size.

Caps

Place a soft measuring tape around your head, approximately 1 cm above your eyebrows and ears.

Keep the tape level around the widest part of your head. Measure twice to confirm your size.

Kaftan & Agbada

Select your size using your chest and shoulder measurements. The outer agbada is intentionally fuller, while the inner garment determines the core fit.

Chest Measure around the fullest part of your chest while keeping the tape level.

Shoulder Measure across your back from one shoulder point to the other.

Sleeve Measure from the shoulder point to the wrist or preferred sleeve position.

Top length Measure from the highest shoulder point down to your preferred hem.

Shirts

Use your neck, chest and shoulder measurements to select the most suitable shirt or linen-top size.

Neck Measure around the base of your neck, leaving room for one finger.

Chest Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Shoulder Measure across the upper back from one shoulder point to the other.

Sleeve Measure from the shoulder point down to the wrist.

Shirt length Measure from the highest shoulder point down to the hem.

Trousers

Measure where you normally wear your trousers. Stand naturally and keep the tape comfortably fitted.

Waist Measure around the point where you normally wear your trousers.

Seat / hip Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Thigh Measure around the fullest part of your upper thigh.

Inseam Measure from the crotch seam down to the trouser hem.

Outseam Measure from the waistband down to the trouser hem.
